Welcome to the Glen Lake Swim: FANGS! This is a one AND two mile USMS-sanctioned swim race in picturesque Glen Lake in Goffstown, New Hampshire for experienced swimmers. The event is organized by the Granite State Health & Fitness Foundation, a volunteer-operated 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to supporting the community and promoting health and wellness throughout the region.

This swim is not for novices; the event is for experienced swimmers only. To participate, you should be able to swim one mile comfortably in 45 minutes or less. Do not sign up for the two mile race unless you are certain that you have the necessary endurance. |

USMS New England Open Water Series
Swim in four of the five USMS-sanctioned New England open water swims and earn a knit cap and other goodies, sponsored by SwimOutlet.com!

To qualify for this award you must be a full-time member of USMS. Most of these events require either full time membership (which costs $75 for the full year and comes with many additional benefits) or you must pay a $20 one-event fee for each swim. This makes becoming a full-time member less expensive than paying four separate one-event fees!

* Note: One of the MBCC events is on the same date as the Charles River Swim, however MBCC offers a virtual option. To qualify for the award a swimmer only needs to participate in four of the five events. If for some reason one of the events is cancelled, then the series wil be three out of four. You do not need to sign up for the series separately. If you are a USMS member you are automatically in the hunt! |
